The (hacked) Misadventures of Botsworth

The adorable robot Botsworth is being hacked! Help him escape the hacker and regain control.

Maneuver your way through a gauntlet of enemies shooting at you, while deflecting their bullets back at them. But be careful, every so often Botsworth will get hacked and you will lose control. 

CONTROLS:

WASD - Movement
Spacebar - Jump
LMB - Use deflector shield
Prompted Buttons - Press to escape hacking

All of the music and half of the art was created within the 48 hours allotted for the jam. Creative Commons audio from Freesound.org was used for sound effects, and the other half of the art was reused assets from an old project made by Brenton Lenzen.
